Afin de montrer la valeur documentaire et l’intérêt scientifique des notes du lecteur-auditeur pour la compréhension du travail d’élaboration d’une pensée théorique, l’auteur s’est livré à une auto-observation et à un retour réflexif à partir d’une relecture d’annotations d’articles de Culioli et de notes prises au séminaire oral. Limitée à la conceptualisation métalinguistique de la notion d’ intensité et des opérations énonciatives qui lui sont inhérentes, la reprise et la restitution commentée des annotations et des notes, d’ordre différent, s’attache à rendre compte de différents temps et modes de production et de réception de la théorisation. La comparaison fait ainsi apparaître, dans l’échange oral, une imagination conceptuelle que la communication écrite tient en réserve. Elle permet aussi de tracer une image des méandres de la transmission.

In order to demonstrate the documentary value and scientific interest of a reader-hearer’s notes for understanding the work of developing theoretical thought, the author has engaged in some self-observation and a reflective return to a re-reading of annotations made on articles by Culioli and of notes taken during an oral seminar. The reprise and reconstruction, with a commentary in the form of annotations and notes of a different order, is limited to the metalinguistic conceptualisation of the notion of intensity and the enunciative operations inherent within it; the concern is to account for the different timings and modes of production and reception of the theorisation. Thus, in an oral exchange, the comparison reveals a conceptual imagination that written communication holds in reserve. It also enables us to trace an image of the meanderings of transmission.
