RésuméLe cas clinique présenté dans l’article s’organise notamment autour d’un polar, « Enquête sur les investigateurs », un livre qu’un jeune patient enfant d’immigrés (dont les troubles portent sur une pathologie de la transmission, avec effacement de son identité d’origine) et son psychiatre (immigré en France) fabriquent ensemble, suite à un travail de négociation autour du cadre.Des hypothèses sont élaborées à partir du vécu de migrant du thérapeute, afin de théoriser cette pratique qui révèle un lien entre l’expérience de dépaysement du thérapeute et la dimension narrative décentrée (par rapport aux règles de toute narration et aussi aux logiques du clinicien même) du récit du patient.En passant par la formulation du concept ce n’est pas un concept mais une notion de dépaysement clinique et en spécifiant l’intérêt clinique de l’échec de l’identité narrative élaborée dans l’"Enquête", on arrive à souligner la validité de cette clinique où le patient acquiert une dimension subjective qui, pour être, ne doit pas être révélée.

The hidden identity. A therapeutic encounter and a search for identity through the making of a detective storyThis article presents a clinical case which therapeutic approach is partly based upon a detective story - « Inquiring the investigators » - created by the patient and the psychiatrist after some time of adjustment within the framework. The pathology of the young patient, whose parents are immigrants, involves the transgenerational transmission process, marked in particular by an obliteration of his native origin. An immigrant in France himself, the psychiatrist formulates theoretical hypotheses based on his own experience of the feeling of strangeness and disorientation. Moving from practice to theory, he draws a link between the therapist’s own experience of disorientation and the decentration of the patient’s narrative, with regards to the rules of « narration » and to usual methods of work in therapies.Using the idea of feeling away from home and outlining the therapeutic significance of this failure in narration, it is possible to show the interest of such a therapeutic approach through which the patient could become a subject, provided this is not revealed to him.

ResumenEl caso clínico presentado en el artículo se organiza en particular con la mediación de una novela policiaca, « Encuesta sobre los investigadores ». Se trata de un libro que un joven paciente, hijo de inmigrantes (cuyos desordenes se refieren a una patología de la transmisión y un borrado de su identidad originaria) y su psiquiatra (inmigrado en Francia) fabrican juntos, después de un trabajo de negociación sobre el encuadre. Se eleboran algunas hipotesis a partir de lo vivido cómo immigrante por el terapeuta, para teorizar esta práctica que revela un vinculo entre la experiencia, de extrañamiento del terapeuta et la dimensión narrativa decentrada del relato del paciente (en cuanto a las normas de la narración y también a las lógicas del clínico mismo). Al pasar por le formulación del concepto de extrañamiento clínico y al especificar el interés clínico del fracaso de la identidad narrativa elaborada por le « encuesta », se llega a destacar la validez de esta clínica donde el paciente adquiere una dimensión subjetiva que, aunque existiendo, no debe revelarse.
