Amazonian peoples are under the yoke of growthism : a degenerative disease of unsustainable economic growth. Land grabbing in Brazilian Amazon increases, at the very time that the National Commission on Truth publishes its impressive report on vexations and crimes, from 1946 to 1985, against white urban or country guerrilheiros, Amerindian, Black or riparian peoples. In the name of economic growth, autochthons peoples thus lose their lands, their food, their way of life, “their” human rights, and stay on the rivers banks or roads sides, without any kind of compensation.
