Yellow Vests in a thought of ecosophy

The work presented here, led by a philosopher on the Yellow vests movement, is in line with the work published in 2017, For a Field Philosophy. The meetings and interviews show that this movement constitutes a real social therapy and a space for breathing. And as such, the police violence of which it is the object accentuates in many subjects the awareness of a pathogenesis of power. The avenues opened here can gradually be organized around the Guattarian concept of ecosophy. Indeed, for Guattari ( The Three Ecologies, 1989), it is impossible to dissociate the three dimensions of the environment: natural, social and mental. The Yellow vests, even if they have a French origin and specificity, are however aware of their movement against the transnational violence of the process of globalization which, by threatening the environment, mutilates the social and political space as well as the mental and relational space. And they claim, in their popular movement, the transformative power of an authentic social, mental and environmental ecology.
