Faced with a selective job market leading to “dry exits” of their clients at the end of their follow-up, social and integration actors are trying to force the doors of companies, an initiative reinforced with the arrival of migrant minors, whose imperative demand is to work. The use of models inspired by social psychology seems useful for these professionals. With lucidity, the beneficiaries of the RSA (Active Solidarity Income) scheme encourage the representatives of these two professions to join forces to contribute to their economic reintegration.
