This article analyzes an action-research project and its impact on a health care and social welfare institution. The context is the lockdown of spring 2020 and how it was experienced by various actors in that institution. It highlights conflicts and their resolution through the peaceful confrontation of different points of view. The institution studied offers a model for resolving conflicts by bringing them to light in a controlled setting.
