Dans ce numéro, nous vous présentons l’IRIS (Institut de relations internationales et stratégiques). L’IRIS est l’un des principaux centres de recherches français spécialisés sur les questions géopolitiques et stratégiques. Il se veut, selon son fondateur Pascal Boniface, une « anomalie sympathique » pour réfléchir librement et sans entraves, avec la conviction que la géopolitique n’est pas réservée à une élite, mais qu’elle concerne tous les citoyens.

In this issue is presented the IRIS, Institute of International and Strategic Relations. It is one of the main French research centers specialized in geopolitical and strategic fields. According to its founder Pascal Boniface, it is a "sympathetic anomaly" to think freely and without hindrance, with the conviction that geopolitics is not reserved for an elite, but that it concerns all citizens.
