L’accueil renvoie à des délimitations permettant de topographier le terrain d’action sans se résumer à une simple démarche d’inclusion. Cet article propose de s’intéresser autrement à la question des seuils des organisations sociales et médico-sociales vus comme scènes d’altérité. Il s’agit de s’affranchir des conceptions égocentrées des organisations pour décrire les espaces intermédiaires où circulent les flux énergétiques qui structurent l’organisation. Ainsi, le seuil n’est pas une étape procédurale de l’accueil mais un espace matériel, immatériel et temporel où se déploient toutes les potentialités de la rencontre dans une organisation qui vise à la fois à accueillir et à se faire accueillir. L’action n’apparaît plus comme la conformation des conduites mais comme une clinique des seuils, une clinique de l’entre-deux qui est la condition pour (re) construire un entre-nous.

The thresholds of social work organizations: Random scenarios creating a possible common groundyReception leads to limitations allowing us to draw a topography of the field of action without restricting ourselves to a simple process of inclusion. This article suggests that we take an alternative look at the threshold of social and medico-social organizations seen as pictures of otherness. It is about liberating oneself from the self-centered conception of the organizations to describe the intermediate spaces where the energetic flows which structure the organization. Therefore, the threshold isn’t a procedural step of reception, but a physical, immaterial and temporal space where all the potentials of the meeting are unfolding, and where the organization aims both to receive and to be received. The action no longer appears as a conformation of the behaviors but as a clinic of thresholds, a clinic of the in-between which is the prerequisite to rebuild an "us".
