RésuméLa recherche prétend contribuer à approfondir la connaissance des circonstances dans lesquelles les organisations développent l’aptitude à acquérir ou exploiter la connaissance de sources externes, appelée capacité d’absorption. Plus précisément, la recherche a porté sur l’influence des dimensions de la structure organisationnelle sur la capacité d’absorption.

The aim of this research is to contribute to the extension of knowledge of the circumstances in which organisations develop the ability to acquire or exploit knowledge from external sources, which is called absorptive capacity. More specifically, the influence of the dimensions of organisational structure on absorptive capacity has been researched.
