Pour articuler la dynamique d’apprentissage reconnue au mentorat et l’activité de conception en management des connaissances, nous analysons les interactions entre deux architectes, junior et senior au sein d’une démarche ethnographique en PME. Le processus d’intercompréhension émerge des difficultés rencontrées en situation en invitant à une lecture prospective et pragmatique du mentorat informel.

To articulate the learning function of mentoring and the conception activity in Knowledge management, we analyze the interactions between two architects, junior and senior, in an ethnographic approach in a SME. The understanding process emerges from the occurring difficulties within the situation, allowing a prospective and pragmatic reading of the informal mentoring process.
