L’article propose de suivre deux approches phénoménologiques introduites par Michel Callon (2017) et Bruno Latour (2007) en s’intéressant aux situations de débordements touristiques –  le surtourisme – et en analysant les conditions d’accueil des autres personnes de passage que le dispositif touristique ne calcule pas –  le hors tourisme. Il s’agit d’observer les cadrages-débordements et de faire table rase de nos connaissances pour changer de perspective sur les personnes de passage dans nos destinations afin d’ouvrir de nouvelles perspectives plus humaines et écologiques. The article considers two phenomenological approaches proposed by Michel Callon and Bruno Latour by focusing on situations of tourist overflows – overtourism – and by analyzing the conditions of reception of the people passing through a destination that the tourist system does not calculate – the "non-tourism" (Callon 2017; Latour 2007). To this end, we observe the framing and overflowing, and we discard existing assumptions to achieve a different view of these people passing through, and thereby open up new perspectives that are more concerned with human and ecological issues.
