Dans cet article, nous abordons l’influence des technologies numériques dans la structuration du travail social à partir d’une recherche-action formation menée dans le cadre d’un projet de recherche intitulé NUSERUS : « Les technologies NUmériques au SERvice des USagers dans les établissements sociaux et médico-sociaux (2015-2018) ». L’objectif est de recenser puis d’analyser les dispositifs sociotechniques utilisés dans les établissements ou services sociaux ou médico-sociaux (ESSMS). Les résultats nous amènent à étudier le management des technologies numériques au sein de ces organisations à travers le rôle des stratégies numériques et des politiques publiques. Nous verrons comment ces technologies peuvent conduire à des innovations managériales en questionnant l’efficience du collectif. Enfin, nous montrons qu’une nouvelle compétence d’usage avec ces technologies, entre éducation et communication, l’éducommunication, conduit à l’émergence et à la formation du sujet au sein d’institutions sociales et médico-sociales.

In this article, we discuss the influence of digital technologies in the structuring of social work, based on a research-action training carried out within the framework of a research project entitled NUSERUS, “NUmeric technologies at the SERvice of the users in the Social and medico-social institutions (2015-2018)”. The objective is to identify and analyze the socio-technical devices used in social or medico-social establishments (ESSMS). Our results lead us to study the management of digital technologies within these organizations through the role of digital strategies and public policies. We will see how these technologies can lead to managerial innovations by questioning the efficiency of the collective. Finally, we show that a new competence of use with these technologies, between education and communication, educommunication, leads to the emergence and the formation of the subject within social and medico-social institutions.
