RésuméCet article propose une analyse du dispositif global de l’image qui peut constituer à la fois une totalité prédatrice et un espace ouvert à la puissance d’invention. Bien au-delà des théories formalistes du modernisme qui revendiquaient une autonomie de l’art, il est possible aujourd’hui de penser les hybridations arts&médias comme un terrain possible de luttes pour transformer les ambiguïtés du dispositif en potentialités émancipatrices avec une plus grande collaboration dans la création d’images – ou wik’images.

This article offers an analysis of the global “dispositif” of the image that can be either a predator or a total open space to the power of invention. Beyond the formalist theories of modernism which claimed autonomy of art, it is now possible to think hybridizations arts & media as a possible site of struggle to transform the ambiguities of the “dispositif” into emancipatory potential for greater collaboration in image creation—or wik’images.
