L’agriurbanisme, d’intention et d’aspiration, devient réalité dans la manière de co-construire l’agricole et l’urbain. C’est tout un apprentissage en matière juridique mais aussi de connaissance mutuelle des univers professionnels qui est à partager entre la maîtrise d’ouvrage des projets urbains et la sphère agricole. Le premier nœud à défaire et situé à l’intersection de ces univers, urbain et agricole, est le foncier que nous proposons d’aborder sous différents angles pour mieux le saisir et participer à la levée d’obstacles : angle juridique en lien avec la propriété, réglementaire dicté par la planification, agronomique soulevant la question des sols, l’ensemble croisant différents usages et modalités d’appropriation potentiellement inscrits dans l’illégalité.

Intended and of aspiration agriurbanism becomes reel as it co-constructs the agricultural with the urban. It is a learning process in terms of legal mechanisms, but also among professional universes, which is to share between the persons in charge of developping projects and farmers. The first knot to unravel at the intersection of these universes, urban and agricultural, is the tenure of the land that we aim at approaching via different standpoints in order to understand it and to lift obstacles: legal standpoint tied with property rights and land planning, agronomic with the question of soils, and both crossing uses and methods of appropriation potentially illegal.
