À partir des nombreuses questions ouvertes par les enjeux psychiques conflictuels liés au désir de changement de sexe à l’adolescence, nous évoquons certains aspects théoriques des problématiques identificatoires et de la haine du corps sexué. De là, nous explorons une situation clinique concernant le désir d’un jeune adolescent de devenir une femme, en mettant l’accent sur l’hypothèse du féminin pur dans la relation mère-bébé et sur l’impact du pubertaire vécu comme un changement catastrophique.

Summary: From the many questions opened by the conflicting psychic stakes linked to the desire of sex change in adolescence, we evoke some theoretical aspects of the identificatory problems and the hatred of the gendered body. From there, we explore a clinical situation concerning a young adolescent’s desire to become a woman, focusing on the hypothesis of the pure feminine in the mother-baby relationship and on the impact of puberty experienced as a catastrophic change.
