Les fantasmes de toute-puissance et d’impuissance traversent les métiers de l’aide. Face à ces risques d’emprise du professionnel sur l’usager et ses dérives potentiellement fétichisées, le dispositif « analyse de la pratique » peut répéter ces mouvements aliénants et favoriser un dessaisissement créatif. Cet article présente une figuration possible de ces enjeux au travers de trois représentations ; partisan, artison et artisan, et les articule aux effets désinstitutionnalisants actuels du champ social. Ceux-ci entraînent des distorsions qui instituent une forme d’ emprise transférentielle, isolant le professionnel dans un rôle d’expert, illusoirement savant, inféodé aux « bonnes pratiques professionnelles ». Cet article soutient l’idée que le bricolage artisanal en analyse de la pratique offre un réarrimage au collectif, favorise le travail de culture ainsi qu’une maîtrise suffisante d’un art professionnel réflexif.

Fantasies of omnipotence and impotence run through the professions of the care sector. In the face of these risks of a situation in which the professional would have a hold over the user, and its potentially fetishized drifts, the “analysis of practice” device can repeat those alienating movements and foster a creative divestiture. This article presents a possible figuration of these issues, through three representations: partisan, worm, and artisan, and it links them to the current deinstitutionalizing effects of the care sector. These lead to distortions that establish a form of transferential hold, isolating the professional in the role of the expert, illusorily learned and subservient to “good professional practice.” This article supports the idea that the artisanal bricolage performed in the “analysis of practice” presents a return to the collective and fosters the work of culture and a sufficient mastery of a reflexive professional art.
