Au Pays des Parlementeurs n’est pas un roman sur le Parlement. Cette œuvre écrite en 1901, datée par la facture et la composition, présente une galerie de portraits statiques et développe des thèmes familiers à l’auteur : l’antiparlementarisme, l’antisémitisme et l’antimaçonnisme. Selon l’auteur nationaliste, le vrai pouvoir dans la démocratie française appartiendrait à une famille juive – Warmeschwein / Rothschild – qui manipulerait à son seul profit les corps constitués et le régime lui-même.

Au Pays des parlementeurs is not a novel on Parliamentarism. This book written in 1901, old fashioned in style and composition, present a series of static portrays and deals with usual topics of the author: anti-parliamentarism, anti-Semitism, and anti-Masonry. According to its nationalist views, the real power within French democracy would belong to a Jewish family – Warmeschwein / Rothschild – who would manipulate of its sole interest the established bodies and the Republicain system itself.
