Le pouvoir d’Emmanuel Macron s’est établi et renforcé par la constitution d’un bloc historique, application contemporaine du concept forgé par Antonio Gramsci. Le bloc élitaire a ainsi une incarnation, tout comme une forme politique agrégeant éléments de gauche comme de droite, une idéologie et une base sociologique. Celle-ci est tripartite, alliant autour des élites réelles d’une part la classe managériale, d’autre part une masse significative des retraités. Ce bloc est cohérent et stable dans le temps, empêchant la reconstitution à l’échelle nationale du traditionnel clivage gauche-droite. Il est porteur d’un projet de profonde refonte de la société française qui place celle-ci sous tension. Faute de réponse politique adaptée, les révoltes sporadiques laissent insensiblement place à un phénomène d’anomie de grande ampleur.

The elite bloc thus has an incarnation, as well as a political form aggregating elements from the left and the right, an ideology and a sociological base. The latter is tripartite, combining around the real elites on the one hand the managerial class, and on the other a significant mass of pensioners. This bloc is coherent and stable over time, preventing the reconstitution of the traditional left-right divide on a national scale. It is the bearer of a project for a profound overhaul of French society, which places it under pressure. In the absence of an appropriate political response, sporadic revolts are gradually giving way to a phenomenon of large-scale anomie.
