RésuméLa crise ivoirienne est riche d’enseignements généraux, sur l’impossible mise en tutelle des sociétés par des institutions internationales, aux stratégies d’ailleurs souvent contradictoires ; sur la fabrication des représentations instrumentalisées au travers des systèmes médiatiques ; sur la dynamique des alliances extérieures des factions opposées ; sur le retour, face à un processus vu comme une recolonisation, à des registres d’action et de lutte précoloniaux, à forte composante ethnique.

The crisis of the Ivory Coast is rich in general lessons, on the impossible setting in supervision of the companies by international institutions, whose strategies are often contradictory; on the manufacture of the instrumentalized representations through media systems; on the dynamics of external alliances from the opposite factions; on the return, vis-a-vis a process seen like a recolonization, to precolonial registers of action and fight, with a strong ethnic component.
