On reconstruit ici l’histoire et la préhistoire d’un service de psychiatrie communautaire aux Comores, sur lequel vient s’embrancher un dispositif d’intervision entre collègues de provenances différentes. Ce dispositif se poursuit actuellement et contribue, à son échelle, à remanier l’interface entre clinique et politique.

Here we reconduct the history and the prehistory of a community psychiatric center to which is added and intervision device between colleagues of different origins. This device continues and contributes to reshape of the interface between clinics and politics.
