the objective of this article is to contribute to the epistemological, theoretical, methodological, and pedagogical debates concerning the relationship between research activities, training activities, and work activities. Its main focus is on new forms of engineering, thought of as cooperative and transformative. After situating the issues of the reciprocal triadic relationships between the three poles, the article presents two practical cases of transformative cooperative engineering. The authors then return to their epistemological position, which is socio-constructivist, complex, interactionist, and critical. They sketch out the first elements of an elaborate system of intelligibility (multireferential and transdisciplinary) aimed at supporting the hypothesis of an engineering process of joint transformation (trades, actors, organizations, training provision). The article also presents the research methodology (training-action-research) developed. A discussion of the issues and conditions of possibility of cooperative and transformative engineering concludes the article.

l’objectif de cet article est de contribuer aux débats épistémologiques, théoriques, méthodologiques et pédagogiques s’intéressant aux relations entre activités de recherche, activités de formation et activités laborieuses. Elle a pour objet principal, les formes nouvelles d’ingénieries, pensées comme coopératives et transformatives. Après avoir situé les enjeux des relations triadiques réciproques entre les trois pôles, l’article présente deux cas pratiques d’une ingénierie coopérative transformative. Les auteurs reviennent ensuite sur leur position épistémologique, d’obédience socio-constructiviste, complexe, interactionniste et critique. Ils esquissent es premiers éléments d’un système de mise en intelligibilité élaboré (multi-référentiel et transdisciplinaire) visant à soutenir l’hypothèse d’un processus ingénierique de transformation conjointe (métiers, acteurs, organisations, offre de formation). L’article présente également la méthodologie de recherche (formation-Action-Recherche) développée. Une discussion des enjeux et conditions de possibilité d’une ingénierie coopérative et transformative conclut l’article.
