Dans ce cadre, la question des ressources non prises en compte par la comptabilité nationale, ressources naturelles et capital humain et social s'avère centrale. Après une brève approche de la notion de capital social, on essaiera de préciser et d'évaluer une composante de celui-ci : le bénévolat.

“Social capital and voluntary work” This article has been written from the perspective of the sustainable development. In this framework, the issues of the resources that are not taken into account by the national accountancy, of natural resources and of social and human capital are central. After dealing briefly with the notion of social capital, it will be tried to define and to evaluate one of its components i.e. the voluntary work.
