Resumé Objectif : décrire l’évolution des grossesses suivant un infanticide avec et sans déni de grossesse. Méthode : présentation de deux situations cliniques de mères inculpées d’infanticide. Résultats : l’évolution favorable d’une grossesse survenant après un infanticide est illustrée par le matériel clinique. Plusieurs aménagements de la prise en charge qui permettent de renforcer le lien mère-nourrisson sont discutés.

Being pregnant after an infant homicide, challenges and caveats of a supportive approachObjective: describe the evolution of pregnancies following a previous infant homicide with and without denial of pregnancy. Method: two clinical situations involving mothers charged with infant homicide are reviewed. Results/Discussion: the positive issue of a pregnancy coming after an infant homicide is illustrated with clinical material. Precisions are given how to handle the follow/up and the supportive approaches towards the mother and to foster the mother-infant relationship.
