Les données de l' Observatory of Economic Complexity (O.E.C.) recensent l’intégralité des importations et des exportations entre 1995 et 2018. Celles concernant les P.T.O.M. britanniques en ont été extraites. Ce texte analyse leurs flux avant le brexit, et tente d'’en comprendre les répercussions. Tous ces territoires sont de type insulaire. De fait, les partenaires commerciaux associés aux flux ont une propension à changer d’une année à l’autre, ce qui rend l’analyse des partenariats entre les territoires très complexe, car l’outiltraditionnel du top 5 est insuffisant du fait de son instabilité dans le temps. Ainsi, cette contribution essaye de lever cette obstruction en utilisant la méthode statistique de concordance des rangs à deux échelles territoriales. Fort de cet outil, une lecture plus précise peut être réalisée par des indicateurs traditionnels, ce qui permettra d’entrevoir l’impact global du brexit sur l’ensemble des P.T.O.M. britanniques.

Data from the Observatory of Economic Complexity (OEC) lists all imports and exports between 1995 and 2018. The data concerning the OCT were extracted for this study. This text analyzes the import and export flows before Brexit, and tries to understand the consequences. All the territories studied are islands. In fact, the trading partners associated with the flows have a propensity to change from one year to the next, which makes the analysis of partnerships between territories very complex, because the traditional tool of the "top 5" is insufficient due to its instability over time. This study attempts to remove this obstruction by using the statistical method of concordance of ranks at two territorial scales. Thanks to this tool, a more precise reading can be carried out using traditional indicators, which will allow a glimpse of the global impact of Brexit on the OCT.
