RésuméL’auteur illustre par deux exemples cliniques comment le travail avec des familles présentant un fonctionnement opératoire prédominant peut être relancé par le recours à ce qu’il nomme l’appoint psychodramatique, c’est-à-dire le recours à des séquences de jeu, des mises en forme proches, dans l’esprit, du psychodrame. S’agissant du champ de la thérapie familiale psychanalytique, l’auteur fait référence aux conceptions d’André Ruffiot, notamment aux notions de holding onirique, de mythopoïèse, d’interfantasmatisation, et à celles d’Alberto Eiguer, avec la notion de Soi familial.

By way of two clinical examples, the author illustrates how work with families which present predominantly operational functioning can be set back into motion by recourse to what he calls the psychodramatic contribution, that is, recourse to sequences of play acting, vignettes which are closely related to the spirit of psychodrama. Because the field in question is psychoanalytic family therapy, the author makes references to concepts of André Ruffiot, particularly to notions of dreamlike holding, of mythopoiesis, of « inter-fantasmatisation » and to the concepts of Alberto Eiguer, with the notion of the familial Ego.

ResumenEl autor ilustra con dos ejemplos clínicos de que manera el trabajo con familias con un funcionamiento operatorio predominante puede reanimarse recurriendo a lo que él denomina el aporte psicodramático, es decir el recurso a unas secuencias de juego y a unas formas cercanas al espíritu del psicodrama. Al tratarse del campo de la terapia familiar psicoanalítica, el autor se refiere a las concepciones de André Ruffot, especialmente a las nociones de « holding » onírico, de mitopoiesis, de inter- fantasmatización y a las de Alberto Eiguer y su noción de Self familiar.
