RésuméLes auteurs décrivent l’expérience d’un groupe thérapeutique posthospitalier pour adolescents. Grâce au groupe, ils construisent une passerelle entre les soins hospitaliers et le suivi ambulatoire. Ils allient les approches psychanalytique et psychodramatique de groupe. La finalité de cette expérience est de réduire les drop-out précoces dans les suivis ambulatoires d’adolescents présentant des psychopathologies lourdes.

The authors describe their experience with a posthospital therapeutic group for teenagers. With the help of this group, the authors managed to create a bridge between the hospital and the posthospital treatment. They use both group analysis and psychodrama group approach. The main aim of this experience is to reduce early drop outs of ambulatory psychotherapy of teenagers suffering from heavy psychopathologies.
