RésuméLes études sur le suicide mettent en évidence que l’incestuel constitue un axe essentiel de la problématique suicidaire. Cet article issu d’une recherche sur la psychopathologie et le suivi des suicidants se focalise sur le traitement psychothérapique du lien incestuel. Une réflexion psychopathologique sur les enjeux de la relation entre un patient et ses parents démontre que l’hospitalisation d’office peut constituer un cadre psychothérapique séparateur, quand la problématique psychique et relationnelle interdit toute séparation.

Studies on suicide highlight that the incestual tie is an essential axe of the suicidal problematic. This article resulting from a research about psychopathology and treatment of suicidal attempts focuses on psychotherapy of the incestual link. A psychopathologic reflection on relations between a patient and his parents shows that psychiatric internment can become a separator for the waking of a psychotherapic setting, when psychic and relational problems prevent separation.
