RéSUMéLa surveillance de la glycémie fait partie des piliers de la démarche de prise en charge recommandée aux diabétiques pour l’adaptation des doses d’insuline et de l’alimentation. Quand les patients reportent glycémies et observations sur leur carnet, celui-ci devient objet d’interaction avec le médecin, le patient lui-même et témoin des régulations mises en œuvre. Dans notre analyse, nous tenterons d’explorer le carnet : de sa construction comme objet intermédiaire, à son appropriation et l’élaboration de connaissances locales. Cela met en évidence des ajustements du malade autour des traces, ainsi que des attachements qui révèlent une démarche particulière du malade en route vers l’autonomisation.

THE NOTEBOOK OF SUPERVISION IN THE DIABETES. BETWEEN MEDICAL USE AND TRACKS OF LIFEThe supervision of glycemia is part of the work recommended to the patients diabetics for the adaptation of the doses of insulin and food habits. When patients put back glycemia and observations on a notebook this one becomes object of interaction with the doctor the patient himself and the witness of the operated regulations. In our analysis we shall try to investigate the notebook : from his construction as a boundary-object to its appropriation and the elaboration of local knowledge. It brings to light adjustments of the patient around tracks and some attachments which reveal a particular initiative of the patient on the way towards the empowerment

LA LIBRETA DE MONITOREO EN LA DIABETES. ENTRE USO MéDICO Y HUELLAS DE VIDA.El monitoreo de la glucemia forma parte de los pilares del modo de “hacerse cargo” recomendado a los diabéticos para el ajuste de las dosis de insulina y de la alimentación. Cuando los pacientes transcriben glucemias y observaciones en su libreta, ésta se convierte en objeto de interacción con el médico, el paciente mismo, y testigo de las regulaciones puestas en práctica. En nuestro análisis, intentaremos explorar la libreta: de su construcción como objeto intermediario, a su apropiación y elaboración de conocimientos locales. La libreta pone en evidencia los ajustes realizados por el enfermo alrededor de los indicios descubiertos, así como aplicaciones que revelan un proceso particular del enfermo en vías a la autonomía.
