L’extraterritorialité du droit tend à croître au détriment de la souveraineté nationale. Cela fragilise nos entreprises de défense dans un contexte concurrentiel agressif. D’où le besoin d’une réponse normative coordonnée dans le cadre de l’Union européenne.

Extraterritoriality of law is tending to expand to the detriment of national sovereignty, in turn weakening our defence industries in an aggressively competitive environment. Because of this, there is a need for a coordinated, prescriptive reponse within the framework of the European Union.
