À partir d’un commentaire de Freud à propos des changements drastiques que le contrôle scientifique de la procréation pourrait apporter à la société, du recours que fait Lacan à un cas d’insémination post mortem pour illustrer la fonction paternelle, ainsi que de la mise en évidence par Monette Vacquin de la présence, au sein des nouvelles technologies reproductives, d’une redoutable alliance entre l’inconscient, la science et le marché, l’article prétend réfléchir sur les montages actuels et futurs de la filiation, et plus particulièrement sur la place que le donneur anonyme de sperme peut occuper dans ce montage.

Psychoanalysis and Scientific Control of ReproductionBased on a comment by Freud about the drastic changes that the scientific control of reproduction could bring to society, and on the reference that Lacan makes to a case of post mortem insemination in order to illustrate the paternal role, and also on Monette Vacquin’s revelation of the presence, within the new reproductive technologies, of a terrifying bond of the unconscious, the science and the market, this article aims to reflect on some possible consequences of the techno-science reproduction, on current and future organizations of affiliation, and more particularly on the place that the anonymous sperm donor may occupy in this organization.
