Résumé Le Royaume-Uni a connu une période faste de réformes organisationnelles, procédurales, managériales et a affiché une importante ambition quant à la qualité de sa justice administrative. L’originalité de la démarche qualité y apparaît frappante d’un premier abord. Il ne s’agit pas tant du procès administratif que de qualité de la justice administrative entendue de manière globale. Cependant, les réformes ont connu récemment pour certaines d’entre-elles un important coup d’arrêt et les outils traditionnels de la justice administrative connaissent d’importantes critiques, notamment une contestation de leur efficacité.

The United Kingdom has been through a busy period of organisational, procedural and managerial reforms and it has actively sought to improve the quality of its administrative justice system. At first glance, this novel approach seems remarkable. The objective is not just to improve the quality of the administrative process, but also to improve the quality of administrative justice as a whole. However, certain reforms have recently been interrupted, and traditional administrative justice mechanisms have come under strong criticism, particularly due to their ineffectiveness.
