Cet article poursuit deux objectifs. D’une part, il vise à expliquer les perturbations apportées par la finance au management comme un problème d’incohérence de l’architecture organisationnelle. D’autre part, il propose des voies de réconciliation entre la finance et les autres fonctions du management, fondées sur une évolution de la science financière, de façon à la rapprocher des autres sciences du management, et une subordination de la finance en matière d’objectif de performance et d’approche du pilotage des entreprises.

Reconciling finance with management : a problem of organizational architecture This article has two objectives. On the one hand, it aims to explain the disturbances brought by finance to management as a problem of inconsistency of organizational architecture. On the other hand, it suggests some ways of reconciliation between finance and the other management functions. This reconciliation could be based on an evolution of the financial theory in order to be closer to the other management sciences, and on a subordination of financial performance objectives and indicators in the management of the firm.
