RésuméÀ travers une séquence clinique auprès d’un adolescent se présentant comme aveugle, l’article montre la transmutation d’une impossibilité à constituer un horizon de monde subjectif en une capacité, retrouvée dans le transfert, à (se) subjectiver à partir d’un point traumatique et à dresser le théâtre d’un monde intime. Le cheminement thérapeutique part des traces de saisissement du corps et se soutient de l’équivoque diagnostique attestant l’impasse et la tentative d’exister. Il s’agit ensuite successivement, de repérer les impasses de la subjectivation du passage adolescent, de poser des métaphores vivantes pouvant servir d’amorce à une symbolisation, de restaurer de manière progressive la capacité d’organiser une vue du monde et de soi-même, de faire face à ce qui est arrivé, et enfin d’ouvrir à une nouvelle réalité subjective.

Through a clinical sequence involving an adolescent who presents himself as blind, the article shows the transmutation of an inability to constitute an horizon of the subjective world into a capacity, retrieved in the transference, for subjectivating (himself) from a traumatic point and for setting up the theater of an intimate world. The therapeutic progress begins from traces of the body’s being grasped, and sustains itself on the equivocal diagnosis attesting to both the blind alley and the attempt to exist. The question is then successively, to point out the blind alleys of the subjectivation of the adolescent passage, to provide living metaphors able to serve as primers for symbolization, to restore progressively the capacity to organize a view of the world and of oneself, to face what has happened, and finally to open a new subjective reality.

ResumenA través de una secuencia clínica de un adolescente presentandose como ciego, el artículo nos muestra la transmutación de una imposibilidad de constituir un horizonte del mundo subjetivo en una capacidad a subjetivarse encontrada en la transferencia. A subjetivarse a partir de un punto traumático y a construir el teatro de un mundo intimo. El camino terapéutico parte de la huellas del sobrecogimiento del cuerpo sobre el diagnóstico que atesta del impase y de la tentativa de existir. Enseguida se trata de observar sucesivamente los impases de la subjetivación del pasaje de la adolescencia, de ofrecer metáforas vivas, que puedan servir como una base inicial a la simbolización y restaurar de manera progresiva la capacidad de organizar una percepción del mundo y de sí mismo y afrontar lo que ha ocurrido para al fin abrirse a una nueva realidad subjetiva.
