Cet article, fondé sur une recherche-intervention réalisée auprès d’équipes mobiles de gériatrie, propose une méthodologie constructiviste d’élaboration d’un balanced scorecard pour le contrôle stratégique de ces organisations. Le contexte hospitalier et le caractère atypique de ces équipes, en quête de légitimité au sein des hôpitaux, justifient cette approche non normative de déploiement d’un outil stratégique de contrôle.

An action research on Midi Pyrenees mobile geriatric teams This article, based on intervention research conducted with mobile teams of Geriatrics, presents a constructivist methodology to develop a Balanced Scorecard for strategic control of these organizations. The hospital setting and the unusual nature of these teams, in search of legitimacy within the hospital, justify this non-prescriptive approach to deploy a strategic tool of control.
