La rencontre et les enjeux de l’après-coupComment la rencontre entre un patient et un psychanalyste peut-elle ouvrir sur l’après-coup et devenir le premier entretien d’un travail psychanalytique ? Cette question est développée en croisant les rapports de J. André et de B. Chervet et en interrogeant les situations cliniques présentées en table ronde par M.-F. Dispaux et R. Guarnieri. Dans ces situations marquées par la compulsion de répétition, il est proposé que les rencontres ouvrent sur un processus psychanalytique lorsque le patient parvient, grâce au travail de contre-transfert de l’analyste qui implique sa pensée théorique, à se libérer d’une imago aliénante et à rencontrer sa propre parole.

The encounter and the states of deferred actionHow can the encounter between a patient and a psychoanalyst lead into deferred action and become the first exchange in a psychoanalytic process ? This question is explored by comparing the papers by J. André and B. Chervet and examining the clinical situations presented in a round-table discussion by M.-F. Dispaux and R. Guarnieri. In these situations, characterised by the repetition compulsion, it is suggested that the encounter leads into a psychoanalytic process when the patient manages to become free of an alienating imago and encounter his own speech as a result of the analyst’s countertransference work using his theoretical thinking.

El encuentro y lo que está en juego en la posterioridadComentar el encuentro entre un paciente y un psicoanalista ¿ Puede desembocar en la posterioridad y afirmarse como el primer diálogo de un trabajo psicoanalítico ? Este interrogante es desarrollado al cruce de los informes de J. André y de B. Chervet e interrogando las situaciones clínicas presentadas en mesa redonda por M.-F. Dispaux y R. Guarnieri. En dichas situaciones marcadas por la compulsión a la repetición, se propone que los encuentros conduzcan a un proceso psicoanalítico cuando el paciente logra, gracias al trabajo de contratrasnferencia del analista que implica a su pensamiento teórico, liberarse de un Imago alienante y encuentra su propia palabra.

Begegnung und worum es bei der « Nachträglichkeit » gehtWie kann die Begegnung zwischen einem Patienten und einem Analytiker zu einer Öffnung auf die « Nachträglichkeit » hin führen und zum ersten Gespräch einer psychoanalytischen Arbeit werden ? Dieser Frage geht der Autor nach, wobei er die beiden Arbeitsberichte von J. André und B. Chervet miteinander in Beziehung setzt und die klinischen Situationen, die bei dem Rundgespräch ( « table ronde » ) von M.-F. Dispaux und R. Guarnieri vorgetragen wurden, untersucht. Der Autor schlägt in Bezug auf diese von einem Wiederholungszwang gekennzeichneten Situationen die Hypothese vor, dass die Begegnungen auf einen psychoanalytischen Prozess hinsteuern, wenn es dem Patienten mit Hilfe der Gegenübertragungsarbeit des Analytikers, die sein theoretisches Denken mit einschliesst, gelingt, sich von einer entfremdenden Imago zu befreien und seiner eigenen Rede inne zu werden.
