RésuméTraumatique, névrotique, la scène primitive organise et structure la psyché dans la différence des sexes et des générations. Elle semble au contraire fracassante pour le psychotique. Chez l’enfant, l’enjeu interprétatif de son interprétation est de favoriser la structuration psychique. Contrairement aux points de vue classiques, le traitement d’une enfant autiste montre la scène primitive figurée. Mais c’est alors son contre-investissement qui est à favoriser, s’accompagnant d’une recherche de symbolisation.

With regard to trauma and neurosis, the primal scene organises and structures the psyche in sexual and generational difference. For the psychotic, however, it seems to be shattering. In children, what is at stake in its interpretation is the furtherance of psychic structuring. Contrary to the classical viewpoint, the treatment of an autistic child shows the primal scene being represented. However, it is then its counter-cathexis that needs to be fostered, along with a quest for symbolisation.

ResumenTraumática y neurótica, la escena primitiva organiza y estructura la psiquis en la diferencia de los sexos y de las generaciones. En cambio aparece estrepitosa para el psicótico. En el niño, la apuesta interpretativa de la interpretación es la de favorecer la estructuración psíquica. Contrariamente a los enfoques clásicos, el tratamiento de un niño autista muestra la escena primitiva representada. Pero ahora se trata de fortalecer su contracarga, paralelamente a la búsqueda de simbolización.

Für den Psychotiker scheint sie jedoch im Gegensatz dazu zerschmetternd. Die Deutung bei einem Kind hat im wesentlichen zur Aufgabe, die psychische Strukturierung zu fördern. Im Gegensatz zu klassischen Auffassungen zeigt die Behandlung eines autistischen Kindes eine bildhafte Urszene. Hier kommt es aber darauf an, dass ihre Gegenbesetzung begünstigt wird, einhergehend mit der Bemühung um Symbolisierung.

Nel bambino la posta in gioco della sua interpretazione è di favorire la strutturazione psichica. Contrariamente ai punti di vista classici la cura di un bambino autistico mostra la scena primaria figurata. Occorre allora favorire il suo contro-investimento, insieme alla ricerca di una simbolizzazione.
