RésuméL’auteur interroge la représentance de l’affect dans la psychisation de la pulsion et ses rapports avec la représentation. Le travail analytique avec un patient somatisant permet de montrer le gel des affects comme défense centrale mais aussi le rôle de l’affect dans le contre-transfert qui conduit, à travers une construction interprétative, à une reviviscence des processus psychiques tant affectifs que représentationnels.

The author examines the representative of affect in the psychisation of the drive and its relations with representation. Analytic work with a somatising patient reveals the freezing of affects as a central defence but also the role of affect in the countertransference, which leads, through an interpretative construction, to a revival of both affective and representational psychic processes.

ResumenLa autora interroga la representancia del afecto en la psiquización de la pulsión y sus relaciones con la representación. El trabajo analítico con un paciente somatizante permite mostrar el congelamiento de los afectos en tanto que defensa central pero también el papel del afecto en la contratranferencia que conduce, a través de una construcción interpretativa, al revivir de los procesos psíquicos tanto afectivos como representacionales.

ZusammenfassungDie Autorin untersucht die Repräsentanz des Affekts in ihrer Beziehung zur Vorstellung im Prozess des zur Psyche werdenden Triebs. Die analytische Arbeit mit einem Patienten, der somatisiert, ermöglicht ihr zu zeigen, wie aus Abwehrgründen die Affekte eingefroren wurden, aber auch, welche Rolle der Affekt in der Gegenübertragung spielt, die dazu führt, dass es über eine deutende Konstruktion zu einem erneuten Aufleben der psychischen Prozesse kommt, sowohl im Hinblick auf die Affekte wie auf die Vorstellungen.
