Si les deux réponses engagent la problématique identitaire et posent la question de la signifiance, le stress se situe du côté du désengagement de la pulsion sexuelle. La confrontation stress/défense immunitaire se rapproche de l’activité interprétative qui doit respecter l’homogénéité du moi tout en provoquant un vacillement identitaire.

The author examines the relationships between stress and immuno-reactions and proposes the notion of specificity as a factor of discrimination. Although the two responses concern the problematic of identity, posing the question of meaning, stress is disengaged from the sexual drive. The confrontation of stress with immuno-defense brings it closer to interpretative activity which must respect the homogeneity of the ego while provoking an unsteadiness in feelings of identity.

El autor se pregunta cual es la relación entre el estrés y las reacciones inmunitarias y propone la noción de especificidad como factor de discriminación. Si las dos respuesta comprometen la problemática de identidad y plantean la cuestión de la significación, el estrés se sitúa del lado del alejamiento de la pulsión sexual. La confrontación estrés/ defensa inmunitaria se acerca de la actividad interpretativa que debe respetar la homogeneidad del yo demostrando al mismo tiempo una vacilación de identidad.

Die Beziehung zwischen Stress und Abwehrreaktionen befragend, schlägt der Autor das Konzept der Spezifizität als Unterscheidungsfaktor vor. Wenn auch beide Reaktionen die Identitätsproblematik beanspruchen und die Frage nach der Signifianz stellen, so ordnet sich der Stress auf der Seite des Wegfallens des Sexualtriebs ein. Die Konfrontation Stress / Abwehrkräfte kommt der interpretativen Tätigkeit nahe, die gleichzeitig die Homogenität des Ich respektieren und die Identität ins Wanken bringen muss.
