RésuméC. Smadja propose une analyse épistémologique de lapsychosomatique psychanalytique. Avec le concept de la pulsion, la psychanalyseà la fois complexifie et rend intelligibles les rapports psyché-soma. Del’évolution de l’axe paradigmatique hystérie de conversion - névroseactuelle émanent deux modèles psychosomatiques, la symbolisation etl’adaptation. Un troisième, la démentalisation, est fondé surl’articulation freudienne entre l’hystérie et la névrose actuelle,permettant de penser la vie pulsionnelle aux niveaux psychique et somatique.

RésuméC. Smadja proposes an epistemological analysis ofpsychoanalytical psychosomatics. With the concept of the drive, psychoanalysisboth complexifies and renders the relationship between the psyche and the somaintelligible. Psychosomatic models emanate from the evolution of theparadigmatic axis of conversion hysteria and actual neurosis. A third,dementalisation, is founded on the Freudian articulation between hysteria andactual neurosis, enabling the life of the drive to be thought about at thepsychical and somatic levels.
