RésuméL’auteur, après avoir mis en valeur les principaux points d’exégèse freudienne du rêve selon M. Fain, se propose à partir d’un exemple clinique d’ouvrir le champ (le chant) – peu fréquenté – de la rythmique onirique et ce en quoi elle conforte l’interprétation d’une problématique œdipienne chez un malade somatique.

After showing the principal points of Freudian exegesis of the dream according to M. Fain, the author, using a clinical example, extends the scope (the song) of the study to the infrequently evoked area of rhythmic onirism and how it strengthens the interpretation of an oedipal problematic in a patient suffering from physical illness.

ResumenEl autor después de haber puesto de relieve los principales puntos de exégesis freudiana del sueño según M. Fain, se propone a partir de un ejemplo clínico, abrir el campo (el canto) – poco frecuentado – de la rítmica onírica y lo en que conforta la interpretación de una problemática edipiana en el caso de un enfermo somático.

ZusammenfassungNach einer Vorstellung der in M. Fains Augen wichtigsten Punkte der freudschen Traumexegese nimmt sich der Autor vor, an einem klinischen Beispiel das so selten besungene Feld des Traumrhythmus zu erforschen und herauszufinden, inwiefern letzterer die Interpretation einer ödipalen Problematik bei Somapatienten unterstützt.
