Tout en faisant référence à des artistes (A. Daudet, C. Pozzi, F. Khalo, P. Klee, C. Angot, etc.) ayant pu exprimer par leurs œuvres les souffrances vécues dans leurs corps, l’article est centré sur le cas d’une patiente atteinte d’hypertension avec risque cardiaque majeur, victime dans l’enfance d’un viol incestueux. Le travail analytique, dont les principales étapes et enjeux sont décrits, a permis le réinvestissement d’activités et de réalisations sublimatoires longtemps gelées : écriture d’un journal, jeu théâtral et dessin.

Removing a Part of the HeartThis article, while referring to artists (A. Daudet, C. Pozzi, F. Khalo, P. Klee, C. Angot, etc.) who were able to express their physical pain in their work, is centered on the case of a patient suffering from hypertension with serious cardio-vascular risk, a victim of incestuous rape during her childhood. The author describes the main stages and issues at play in the the analytical work which enabled the patient to re-cathect sublimatory activities and productions which had previously been blocked : writing a journal, acting in the theater, and drawing.

Haciendo referencia a varios artistas (A. Daudet, C. Pozzi, F. Khalo, P. Klee, C. Angot...) que han sido capaces de expresar en sus obras los sufrimientos vividos en sus cuerpos, el artículo se centra en el caso clínico de una paciente que sufre de hipertensión con riesgo cardíaco severo, víctima en su infancia de una violación incestuosa. El trabajo analítico, en el que se describen sus principales etapas y entresijos, ha permitido la reinvestidura de actividades y realizaciones sublimatorias congeladas durante largo tiempo : escritura de un diario, juego teatral y dibujo.

Unter Bezugnahme auf Künstler (A. Daudet, C. Pozzi, F. Kahlo, P. Klee, C. Angot etc.), die in ihren Werken das in ihrem Körper erfahrene Leid ausdrückten, konzentriert sich der Artikel auf den Fall einer Patientin mit Bluthochdruck und bedeutender Infarktgefahr, welche in der Kindheit Opfer einer inzestuösen Vergewaltigung wurde. Die analytische Arbeit, deren wichtigste Etappen und Herausforderungen beschrieben werden, erlaubt die Wiederbesetzung von lange auf Eis gelegten sublimierenden Aktivitäten und Verwirklichungen : dem Schreiben eines Tagebuchs, dem Schauspiel und dem Zeichnen.
