RésuméLe marché français du cannabis connaît des changements propres à un marché arrivé désormais à maturité et peut être en conséquence qualifié de marché du THC. L’entrée de nouveaux concurrents, la diversification des produits, les variations de prix et l’augmentation de la qualité en sont les principales évidences ; ajoutons à cela la modification sociologique des structures d’offre. Ce document discute des implications que ces changements peuvent avoir sur le système traditionnel d’offre et sur les moyens mis en œuvre dans la lutte contre les stupéfiants.

From cannabis market to THC market. Implications for the supply chain and the fight policy against the trafficking of illicit drugsFrench cannabis market is changing as such a market arrived now in maturity and can be consequently named of THC market. The new competitors’ entry, products diversification, price changes and quality increase are the main evidences; add to that the sociological change of suppliers. In this paper, the implications that these market changes can have on the traditional supply chain and on the enforcement of the policy of fight against illicit drugs are exposed.
