Dans cet article, j’essaie de décrire le travail du psychanalyste d’enfants dans le cas d’enfants gravement atteints dans leur développement, enfants qui n’ont pas atteint une condition d’intégration. Mon propos est illustré par une cure dans laquelle la rêverie, entendue comme « la disponibilité à connaître l’inconnu » et l’attention aux éléments temporairement sans direction et informes ont un rôle central dans l’évolution de la relation analytique.

In this article I try to describe the work of a child psychoanalyst in cases of children whose development has been severely disturbed, children who have not reached a state of integration. My remarks are illustrated by an analysis in which reverie, understood as a “readiness to encounter the unknown”, and attention to elements that are temporarily without direction and formless, play a central role in the evolution of the analytic relationship.

En este artículo, intento describir el trabajo del psicoanalista de niños en el caso de niños gravemente aquejados en su desarrollo, niños sin ámbitos de integración. Mis propósitos son ilustrados por una cura en la cual el ensueño, entendido como “la disponibilidad de conocer lo desconocido” y la atención a los elementos temporalmente sin dirección y sin formas, desempeñan un papel central en la evolución de la relación analítica.

Die Autorin versucht in diesem Artikel die Arbeit des Kinderpsychoanalytikers bei Kindern zu beschreiben, die in ihrer Entwicklung schwer gestört sind und keinen Zustand von Integration erreicht haben. Sie veranschaulicht ihre Arbeit anhand einer Behandlung, bei der die Reverie im Sinne einer „ Bereitschaft, sich dem Unbekannten zu öffnen, es kennenzulernen“ und die Aufmerksamkeit gegenüber temporär form- und richtungslosen Elementen eine zentrale Rolle bei der Entwicklung der analytischen Beziehung spielen.
