Devant cette situation inédite, nos réactions à chacun, analyste et patient, ont été différentes ; d’où l’intérêt de la mise en débat de la suite que nous avons donnée, et continuerons donner à notre travail. Pour ma part, la poursuite au téléphone s’est avérée possible et riche d’élaboration. Mes patients ont apprécié que je sois là pour eux, se sentant soutenus dans leurs difficultés nouvelles ; c’est ainsi qu’une dimension psychothérapique pouvait prendre plus de place sans entraver le travail analytique en cours, ni sa poursuite sur le divan.

Faced with this unprecedented situation, our respective reactions, as analysts and patients, were different; it is therefore interesting to look at how we responded and how we will continue to work in the future. For my part, it was possible to continue sessions by telephone, which offered many opportunities for elaboration. My patients appreciated that I was there for them and felt supported as they tried to deal with their new difficulties. More space was given to a psychotherapeutic dimension without impeding the analytic work that was underway or its continuation on the couch.

Ante la situación inédita, las reacciones mutuas, de analista y paciente, han sido diferentes; de ahí el interés de debatir el trabajo que se ha hecho y el que seguiremos haciendo. Por mi parte, la continuación por teléfono fue posible y su elaboración fructuosa. Mis pacientes han apreciado que yo haya estado presente para ellos, viéndose apoyados ante sus nuevas dificultades: así se ha evidenciado que la dimensión psicoterapéutica podía ampliar su espacio sin trabar el trabajo analítico en curso, ni su continuación en el diván.
