Les traumatismes massifs portent en eux à la fois la peur, la haine et la honte. Il est difficile d’évoquer cette grande violence et de trouver ses représentations ; c’est le cas pour la Shoah et pour la Grande Catastrophe arménienne. Pour discuter le travail du traumatique, on présente le travail clinique d’un projet de psychothérapie psychanalytique et de groupe de supervision qui nous avait montré la possibilité de travailler avec un trauma collectif, de penser ensemble et d’élaborer un après-coup.

Mass trauma carries with it fear, hatred and shame. It is difficult to evoke this great violence and to find its representations ; this is the case for the Shoah and also for the Great Armenian Catastrophe. To discuss the work of the traumatic, we present the clinical work of a psychoanalytic psychotherapy and group supervision project which showed us the possibility of working with a collective trauma, of thinking together and of elaborating an après-coup.

Es difícil evocar la inmensa violencia y hallar representaciones ; acontece con el Holocausto y con la gran catástrofe armenia. Para discutir el trabajo de lo traumático, presentamos el trabajo clínico de un proyecto de psicoterapia psicoanalítica y de grupo de supervisión que nos había mostrado la posibilidad de trabajar con un trauma colectivo, de pensar juntos y elaborar la posterioridad.
