Since around 10 years, and specially the 11September attack, U.N. has created new concepts in order to protect religion beliefs : islamophobia, christianophobia and antisemitism. Nowadays, General Assembly and Council of Human Rights are fighting against what they call the « diffamation of religions », in particular Islam. The present article asserts that the U.N. develop through these concepts a needless and dangerous approach of the problem of racism and discrimination. In particular, the « diffamation of religions » goes against the european conception of the relationships between State and religion. However, the use of the concepts made by the U.N. organs is a polemic one and is pretext for a indictment against the western countries.
