Il est essentiel pour l’Église de connaître l’homme urbain, désormais majoritaire dans le monde, auquel elle prétend annoncer l’Évangile. Parmi toutes les questions anthropologiques, nous allons d’abord privilégier celle de l’habitat. Les manières urbaines d’habiter l’espace interpellent en effet l’Église sur sa propre manière d’habiter la ville et suggèrent quelques insistances pastorales. Nous aborderons enfin le rôle des réseaux immatériels dans le mode d’habiter l’espace et comment ils réinventent un rapport du dedans et du dehors, du privé et du public et par là du rapport d’appartenance à l’Église.

It is essential for the Church to know the urban mankind, now prevails in the world, in ordre to proclaim the Gospel in cities. Of all the anthropological questions, we will first focus that habitat. Urban ways of inhabiting space challenge indeed the Church on its own way of living in the city and suggest some pastoral emphases. Finally, we discuss the role of virtual networks in the way of inhabiting space and how they reinvent a report from inside and outside, private and public, and thus the membership report to the Church.
