Le collectif EPTS souhaite provoquer l’interrogation sur les pratiques, repenser l’éducation populaire dans le contexte actuel, rassembler pour transformer dans un objectif de « changement social ». D’où la création de trois groupes : – la gratuité : penser la gratuité relève d’un processus de réflexion et d’action susceptible de s’opposer au processus de marchandisation ainsi que d’un processus de transformation des rapports sociaux ; – la jeunesse : elle souhaite vivre et non survivre. Il y a donc à inventer des procédures qui illustreront une « délégation d’intérêt public » avec une répartition des tâches entre la puissance publique et la puissance sociale, permettant d’ouvrir de nouveaux espaces ; – la solidarité territoriale : la ville est défaite. Elle peut être refaite autrement, en prenant appui sur les forces auxquelles sa décomposition a donné lieu, en les reliant comme autant de fragments qui composent un ensemble auquel ne manque que la volonté de les unir.

The collective EPTS intends to question practices, to reconsider public education in the current context, to gather information in order to transform in an objective of "social change". Hence the creation of the three groups mentioned above.- Nonpayment: it is a process of reflection and action that might oppose to the process of marketising and a process of transformation of the social relations;- Young people: they want to live and not survive. We must invent procedures which will illustrate a “delegation of public interest” with a distribution of tasks between public power and social power, making it possible to open new spaces;- Territorial solidarity: the city is demolished. It can be remade differently, by taking support from the forces which caused its decomposition, by connecting all the fragments which compose a unit from which only the will to link them is missing.
