Présentation d’une petite partie de la psychothérapie d’une adolescente de dix-sept ans. Ex-héroïnomane, accoutumée aux drogues depuis l’enfance par sa propre mère, elle lutte héroïquement pour survivre à une histoire familiale qui comprend, hormis la drogue, un meurtre, un viol, l’abandon et la lutte quotidienne qu’elle mène aujourd’hui contre des fantômes morts et vivants.

The Young Heroine. This paper presents a portion of a psychotherapeutic treatment carried out with a 17 year-old young woman. As a former heroin addict who had been using drugs since childhood because of her own mother, she fought heroically to survive a family background which, over and above drug abuse, also included a murder, rape, abandon and resulted in a daily struggle to ward of ghosts, both living and dead.
