What is the relation between asemantic music and psychoanalysis, a practice founded on language? This article studies the link between music and psychoanalysis, beginning with the question of rhythm in the words, behaviour and thinking of a subject in a manic state. How can a rhythm be established in the cure, when the speech of the patient cannot follow a tempo which allows him/her to maintain a relation with the other?
